threads ultimate is about supplying the Ultimate community with a brand of the best designed Ultimate apparel for both on the field and off the field. Designed by an Ultimate player for Ultimate players, with your interests in mind.

threads ultimate Founder

threads ultimate is a brand by me, Jeremiah Boncha started in the spring of 2010. With a decade of designing apparel for Ultimate teams and tournaments under my belt, I decided to offer my design talents to a wider audience. I started playing organized Ultimate in high school during the summer of 1995 in Cleveland, Ohio. After high school, Ultimate and I took a break for four years while I was in the Marine Corps. But we got right back together when I moved back to Cleveland where I started playing with the local club teams, including Cuyahoga Sheet Metal, Jawbone and BOI and at both Kent State University and Case Western Reserve University (while at the Cleveland Institute of Art). Studying graphic design at Kent, I designed my first disc and jerseys for our team, Damn Gravity. I eventually took over the design responsibilities for the Cleveland Disc Association, for which I still do most of their designs. I have also done work for the UPA/USA Ultimate and VC Ultimate. I am now living in Brooklyn, New York, where I work as a Graphic Designer for New York magazine. Ultimate and I are now in a "on again, off again" relationship. In addition to working on *threads, I also started the Rima Foundation, which gives scholarships to Northeastern Ohio College Ultimate players.
